Make sure you verify with your insurance that your routine visit will be fully covered. I've visited multiple clinics in several states with my current insurance policy and never paid more then a small fee for additional work (fluoride). Unfortunately I was misinformed on the front end that everything would be easily billed off to my Insurance. Evergreen Dental is the only clinic I've used in 4 different states that has slapped me with additional non-billable fees ($500). The lack of transparency is highly concerning.

I had the best dental cleaning from Carissa. She was very kind and helped me understand what was going on with my oral health, and how to improve my smile. Dr. Fines examined my x-rays and informed me that everything looked great. They both made me feel very comfortable the whole time. The front desk was so helpful when it came to understanding what my insurance covered. I will definitely be back for my 6 month cleaning!

I love the staff at Evergreen! Friendly faces greeted me at the front desk. the dental hygienist, Jessica, was very kind and did a great job! Dr. Fines is a great dentist who left me feeling more confident about my teeth. I will definitely be recommending them to friends/family!

This dentist office is the best. I never had good experiences while going to the dentist! Dr. Casey fines and Jessica are the best make me feel so comfortable! They are so nice, friendly and compassionate about everything! We have a good time when I am there. They definitely go above and beyond! It doesn't even seem like going to the dentist! Keep up the great service guys!
