The staff at OrthoSource are extremely helpful and fast to complete the orders that myself and my dental colleagues place regularly. OrthoSource's website and catalogs of their products made if very easy to order and see the extremely low prices compared to other distributors.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing! Customer service and returns are horrid. I couldn't even talk and explain the circumstances and I was being made "an exception" to the return policy and it turns out that was a lie. So the $98 spent on my order will be pilfered down to nothing once the return department decides if the product never used and returned is eligible for a refund. What a ripoff! I didn't want the exchange because that was a ripoff and lengthy process too!

Very bad attitude with customers, I got the item for $36.00 and paid $42.00 for shipping. I spoke to the guy, he told that he is owner, he was very, very rude. very bad. I won't recommend anyone to buy anything from them.

I phoned to ask a question regarding contents of a product and encountered the rudest technician. He stated he was an orthodontist and proceeded to state what I was saying was stupid and hung up on me. I only wanted to know different types of arch wires and the components. Wow, so much for customer service. Horrible person.
