A longtime resident of Montgomery County, Dr. Tong graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery with his D.D.S. degree, after receiving his Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland at College Park. Dr. Tong is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care in a gentle and comfortable manner.

Parking in Downtown Rockville can be a challenge at certain times of the day. We provide complimentary validated parking to our patients to help ensure your visit to our office is as stress-free as possible. Free validated parking is available at the Public Parking garage located at intersection of East Middle Lane and Gibbs Street. Take the elevator to the first floor which will lead you to Courthouse Square. Our office is immediately on your right as you exit the elevator.
