Had my top teeth pulled because of a vomiting disorder Dr Hall did not make my dentures correctly they are not functionable at all and didn't fit right they r to big the glue makes me sick when I called to talk about it he dropped me as a patient because he said I had to high expectations because I want my teeth to work correctly all he is worried about is what a woman looks like when they wear their dentures versus what they look like without he was not worried about my concerns at all very rude and unprofessional definitely recommend going somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect

Drove about an hour and half to have certain things done that was okayed with insurance had x-rays updated my file with new paper work to be blindsided with Dr. Hall walking by 4 different times saying rude comments every time he went by. Only to have his assistant do his dirty work and tell me it would just be a waste of time for him to work on his patient! When he at least knew that I have really bad Dr.
And Dentist anxiety. I regret spending the last 12 yrs expressing to people that you WAS a kind and caring dentist that you could trust. Now it seems like the money has got to your head and you could careless how you treat us.

Thought I left the review a few years ago but didn't, they pulled my top teeth and the lady that put the temporary set in used so much denture cream that it filled every gap in my gums and it took me 2 hours to get it all out after I got home. Then they made my uppers and each set was way way too big and they didn't listen to what I wanted so I found a Mexican making them in his garage that made me better sets after comdent told me I was on my own after the 2nd set they made me so 2x too big for my mouth.
A Mexican immigrant in his garage gave me better service, and they threaten to sue me in court over $400 when they still owed me well over $400 in severices before the permanent set was made and given to me.
