About Dr. Stone

Dr. Tristan Stone and the Bellingham Smiles Team are happy you're here. As a native Washingtonian, Dr. Stone is excited to provide dental care in Whatcom County and the surrounding area. He graduated from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2012, where he was one of two students to earn a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) scholarship.

Our finance specialist will assist you in filing your insurance paperwork.

Many people believe that they, as adults, don't need to see the dentist as often. We all know that adults don't get as many cavities as children because they take better care of their teeth. Adults are good at brushing their teeth. Most even floss regularly. Adults also have a better diet. They don't eat as much sugar and other foods that can stick to their teeth, causing damage.
Early Treament

We truly believe that good dental health starts early. Children need to learn the proper way to care for their teeth even at a young age. They need to brush their teeth twice daily and floss at least once daily (though they will probably need help with this). It is also important for children who are growing to see the dentist regularly.
