Then we will provide you with an easy way to complete the paperwork that will facilitate your first visit and make sure you know how to find us.
Financial Policies

If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to file your claims for you. Your insurance company will then reimburse you according to your dental benefit. Please bring your dental insurance card with you to your first visit, and we will perform a complimentary insurance benefit check for you.
