Dr. Peter Winkelman attended Duke University in Durham, NC as an undergraduate. After graduating cum laude, with a B.S. in Psychology, he attended Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington, D.C. where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. Dr. Winkelman began practicing in 1977 in Montgomery and Prince Georges County.

Dr. Winkelman enjoys being a dentist and prides himself on staying abreast of all the latest developments in the dental field. He spends numerous hours each week reading the latest dental literature as well as attending many continuing education courses.
