Give Kids A Smile is an annual, one-day national initiative in which dentists across the nation donate their time and supplies to help low-income, disadvantaged, and uninsured children receive dental care. The purpose of this event is to provide children the dental care that they desperately need and highlight the ongoing challenges that these children face in accessing quality dental care.

Meet Dr. Makala Hubbell

Dr. Hubbell relocated to Colorado in 2004 and immediately fell in love with the Lowry neighborhood. With the charming Town Center, state of the art medical complex and the strong sense of community pride - it was clear that Lowry was the perfect place to call home! Dr. Hubbell attended the University of Oklahoma, where she received both a Doctorate in Dental Surgery and a Masters in Public Health with emphasis on community based care. With her background and training, prevention of dental disease and patient education are important components of her dental practice.
