I always have a welcoming and nonjudgmental experience at Stein Dental. Dr. C. has always made me feel heard and has catered to my unexpected adult fear of the dentist in a dignified way. Wow! Most pleasant dental experience I've ever had! The receptionist set the tone right away by being very kind and cheerful, and then the dental hygienist did an incredible job making me feel at ease (I had been DREADING this!) and was communicative, patient, and gentle. Finally, Dr. Stein came in and in addition to being very friendly and funny, he communicated his recommendations in a way that was easy to understand and not intimidating. I would recommend to anybody, but especially those with dental anxiety

So far so good. I have been there a few times. The staff is polite and courteous. The dentist make you feel comfortable. The wait before my appointment is never too long. Maybe 15 minutes late.

From the moment I called the office asking to be seen for an emergency, to the second I walked out the door, service was incredible. The staff was extremely patient and caring with my care. I was traumatized as a child with dental work and suffer from anxiety around the thought of having to go in to see a dentist. Reception was very kind to fit me in on Saturday knowing it was a busy day at the clinic.

I was notified I would need to wait, but Dr. Stein would see me as quickly as he could. After the initial "consult", instead of having me wait around all day, they found a time in the schedule that worked. I returned a few hours later and Dr. Stein went to work. He was compassionate and helped calm my nerves (with the help of nitrous oxide) with conversation and continued to ask how I was doing throughout the procedure.

He explained next steps and made sure I knew it was okay to call the office should something change before my next appointment. He was kind enough to call me that evening to check in to see how I was doing. I have nothing negative to say about the clinic or staff. I am grateful for the care I received and would be happy to recommend anyone.

Dr. Stein is a fantastic dentist and a wonderful person. My wife and I have been a client of his for 20 years, and began taking all three of our children to him as they came of age.
