Dr. Chui attended high school in Los Angeles before received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry from University of California at Davis and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Chui did a general practice residency at The San Francisco Veterans Administration Hospital, followed by an association in private practice in the North Bay area.
