Limited scheduling for ortho. Appointments were booked automated- and when we'd show up for our appointment we were told there wasn't an ortho present to service. This was very pertinent information that should have been conveyed at time of signing for braces for my son. Signing was done at the orange location.

I went in for a consultation on June 11th. After waiting for about 20 minutes, the receptionist took me to a room to get information from me. I let her know that I get very nervous and anxious cuz of my mother dying when I was only 8 years old and have some trauma since then. I never use profanity when I get nervous or anxious, but never use profanity towards nobody. THE LADY ON THE OTHER HAND, GOT VERY ANGRY AND SAID TO ME " EVERY QUESTION I HAVE FOR YOU, YOU JUST GIVE ME CRAP" then she stormed out of the room and sent someone else to finish the paper work.
Doctor went into my room and took a look of my xrays and while I was talking to him, he left the room and completely ignored my questions. I don't reccomend this dental office unless you want to be disrespected and mistreated by unprofessional dental team!

Great staff. Great cleanliness. I've had negative experiences with dentists and dental offices in the past, but once I found this place, I knew I wouldn't be leaving. I've had the works here; cleanings, cavity fillings, root canals, wisdom teeth extractions and I felt heard, safe and AT EASE each time. Definitely recommend this dental office.

I had to get some dental work replaced, so I tried Gold Coast Dental out. I was not comfortable with the initial dentist that I saw, but then I switched to Dr. Furuichi, and I'm so happy that I did. He listened to my concerns about treatment and provided detailed explanations. He advised about the ideal days for my appointments, provided patient, gentle dentistry, and has a sense of humor too. His assistant, Ruby, was wonderful.
Over the course of several appointments, she took care of me and narrated everything she did during my visits, which makes things less scary. That matters, and I appreciate it so much. I was really relieved that everyone at the front desk - which can be hit or miss at some places - was friendly, welcoming, professional, and most importantly, did not pressure me about treatments. I never felt like a profit center. They have great hours as well. I'm picky, and I would absolutely recommend this dental office.

Worldwind Experience! Sooo after having braces as a preteen, I had to revisit the notion as an adult having them applied yet again many many, many years later! After having a consult today with Gold Coast Dental, I decided there was no time like the present and got them applied the SAME day! Allen who was my Ortho tech was absolutely heaven sent! He answered all of my questions thoroughly, in addition he and was very gentle with the application of my braces and the process of my initial treatment was quite seamless.
