Dr. Hasty is a native of Holland, Ohio and a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Dentistry and the University of Toledo. Prior to joining Shadow Valley Dental Group, Dr. Hasty completed a General Practice Residency at the Medical University of Ohio. Dr Hasty takes pride in staying versed on new developments in the dental field through regular participation in elite training programs.

Treatment options with fees are openly discussed and prior to any service rendered, a flexible, interest free payment plan will be offered. A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees are in excess of $500 and are paid in full by cash or check (3% for credit card) on or before the day of the scheduled appointment.
