Dr. Gradwell was wonderful. After dealing with an unknown issue in my mouth for over a month, Dr Gradwell figured out my problem in less than two minutes. It's been a couple days and I am pain free. No antibiotics just natural toothpaste, mouth Rinse and a spray to keep my mouth moist. We need more doctors like him. I am so happy now and can eat without having my mouth on fire. Amazing! I can't thank him enough!

I was so pleased with this practice. It's as if the old patient care is back! The procedure was explained to me fully. They took care to be concerned that I was not in any pain. Dr. Gradwell took his time, and I did not feel rushed. After my procedure I was so thankful my antibiotics and ibuprofen were given to me before I left, it saved me a trip to the pharmacy. A trip I did not have time to make (as I had to return to work.) The whole staff is professional and kind.

This was like patient care used to be. It was so refreshing. Dr. Gradwell called me later in the evening and asked if everything was ok and asked how I was doing. Who does that anymore?!? This was the best experience I've had in a long time with any medical or dental professional. I was thankful for the goodie bag, which included a can of soup, a tea bag, and ice pack, instructions for aftercare, a new super soft toothbrush, a bottle of prescription mouthwash, a magnet, a pen.
