Dr. OConnell graduated from the University of Louisville Dental School with a Health Professions Scholarship. He served four years as an Army dentist specializing in exodontia and completed oral surgery externships. He is a member of the American Dental Association.
Dr. Dennis Fahey
Dentist
Dr. Fahey is a Marquette University dental graduate with a business degree from UW Madison. He taught at Marquette School of Dentistry for ten years and has volunteered at Albert Schweitzer Hospital in Haiti. He maintains active dental association memberships.

Practice Manager
Dawn has managed daily operations since 2021 after serving as Dr. Fahey's assistant for 18 years. A Kenosha native, she ensures smooth practice management while supporting patient care with her extensive institutional knowledge.

Dental Assistant
Ashley has been Dr. OConnell's assistant since 2021, bringing 15+ years of dental experience. She creates comfortable patient experiences while supporting complex dental procedures with technical expertise and compassionate chairside manner.

Yes, we welcome new patients. Please download our new patient form from our website and schedule your initial consultation.
What are your office hours?
Monday 8am-5pm, Tuesday 10am-7pm, Wednesday 8am-2pm, Friday 8am-3pm. Thursday appointments available by request.
Do you offer emergency dental care?
We prioritize dental emergencies and will schedule urgent appointments as needed to address pain or dental trauma.

I found Dr. Fahey when I needed an amazing dentist. My family had been his patients for about 8 years before he retired. He was one of the "old school" doctors and I mean that with the utmost respect. The younger generation just don't have what he has. I'll miss him terribly. Thank you so much Dr. Fahey for taking care of me and my family. All the best to you.

Dr Fahey is by far the best dentist in town. And coming from me because I have always had a great fear of the dentist that means something. Everyone in the office is amazing l they also work well with individuals with no dental insurance. Highly Recommended

My 19yr old daughter Allie had her lower wisdom teeth removed today by Dr Derek, he phoned in oral sedation prior to her app, she was very relaxed and happy! Worked out perfect Thank you Michelle Lynn
