Unfortunately I havent had the best experience with them. I went in to get braces around february. The 1st time I went in to get my wires changed the staff did no inform me that I had to schedule a follow up appointment and me not knowing just walked out. They call me at the end of April to schedule an appointment but they're all booked through may so I had to schedule for July 14 which is today.

Unfortunately I cant make it so now I have to pay a 20 dollar fee for cancelling and now I have to wait till mid August to go in which makes it around 6 months without any treatment nor seeing the dentist. If it wasnt for the lack communication of the staff, I dont think this would have happened. I honestly dont even feel like continuing my treatment with them. I was even willing to go to their facility on 75th ave which I shouldn't since my preferred office is in south Phoenix. If they had the same time and energy as they do posting on their social media for their patients I dont think I would be here typing this.

I was with Rusty Jones Orthodontics for 3 years, they have done a fantastic job on my teeth and I am so happy with my results and how straight my teeth are!
