My family has been coming here for years. Everyone we've met has been extremely pleasant to be around, and they've all done what they could to make sure that we were cared for. Dr. Stites also tells me every time I go in that, if there's anything wrong, to wiggle my left hand. I have never been to a dentist before that puts in that kind of consideration to their patients.

Just left this office after trying to obtain my dental X-rays and being lied to multiple times by Natalie at the front desk. She claims that they gave me my X-rays and referred me to an oral surgeon because of a problem with a tooth- I never received these. I received a flyer for an orthodontist and had no idea that I had a problem with my tooth until now. After I had the audacity to say, "Just because you have a referral scanned into your system doesn't mean I received it, " Natalie slammed her hands down on the table, began screaming at me about having an attitude and coming into their unlocked office during their lunch hour. Turns out they LOST my records. LOL. You work in customer service Natalie, maybe try including some kindness or honesty into your interactions.
