Best Dental Practice. I have been going here since I was born and I am now in my 40's. The front staff is awesome and make sure I never get surprise bills. The hygienists plenty of time cleaning my teeth and I never feel like it was just a quick bang-up job. The doctors are thorough and considerate of everything and the assistants as well. You guys are the best and I will likely be coming back for another 40 years. if I live that long.

So, I've been going to Baseline Dental Practice since I was in my teens. I'm 39 now, married with kids. I've been going to Dr. Hernandez for what feels like FOREVER. I've had a ton of work done (yeah, didn't take the best care of my teeth when I had braces) and he's always been very kind, professional and understanding. Not to mention that it takes A TON of Novocain to numb me - stuff wears off in like 20 min so he's usually gotta block the nerves in half my mouth. He's always accommodating and if I need more - I get it, no prob. Staff is wonderful as well. And I promised Theresa I'd write this review! I highly recommend the Baseline Dental crew.

This is a well-established family-feel practice. They get to know you and make you feel so welcomed and a part of their community. They are always focused on the best interest of the patient-transparent, cost-saving oriented, and supportive. I highly recommend BDP. I've been with them a long time, and always go back even when I have moved. They are a kind group of humans who do great work!

This has been our new dental office for the last 6 years. We just started taking 2 of our kids here that are older. The transition went well. Everyone has always been very friendly and professional. We have all our needs met and feel any questions we have are answered. They are very honest and only recommend work that is needed. We had a very bad experience at our previous dentist who was asking for us to do work that was not necessary and then kept charging us and when we'd call they had nothing on file. It was a breath of fresh air to come to an office with integrity and someone you could trust. Thank you to all the staff. The ladies im front are always very kind and accommodating.

I highly recommend this dentist practice! I've been coming for years, the staff to the cleaning is excellent! If you hate going to the dentist like I do, this place will make you feel comfortable and safe. They treat you so well and let me tell you the cleaning is the best, I got Brittany today and she did such a great job! Thank you Baseline Dental.

Remarkably rude on the phone. When I informed them I have BCBS but wouldn't be using my insurance and that paying in full wouldn't be an issue, the woman became extremely dismissive. Refused to do exam + x ray + cleaning in one visit, requesting I come back twice. When I informed her that I am far too busy to make repeat trips to the dentist for something that I have always had done in one sitting at every other dentists office over the past 20+ years she said "goodbye" and hung up. Seems like a standard low rent CA dental practice designed to run up billing on insurance.

I've had miserable experiences with several dentists over the years. I've twice before had unsuccessful extractions and the doctors quit mid procedure due to the difficulty. This left me with a painful situation and a lot of trauma. I explained this to Dr. Buck and he has been so patient and understanding with me. I had to have another tooth removed, in preparation for Invisalign. Something 5 doctors all refused to give me as an option because I'm a challenging case.
The extraction was much more difficult and time consuming than I think Dr. Buck anticipated. He made sure I was completely numbed properly, and took the time to do it right. When it became clear it wasn't going to be an easy procedure, he stuck it out, all the way through and did not give up on me. I am truly grateful for that and the doctors here who have given me a chance!
