Toothpaste tastes great, you tell them. It only takes a minute, you tell them. Your teeth will fall out, you tell them. Getting your kids to brush their teeth is super tricky and no amount of bribes, embellishments or fear tactics will change that. We recommend that you bring your kids to our pediatric and family dentist office within six months of cutting their first tooth or by the time they turn 1, whichever comes first. It's important to do a baseline exam when a child is young so we can more easily identify any issues that arise over time.
