Our office maintains complete oral health in a toxic free atmosphere. Dr. Wilke is a biologic, holistic, alternative and mercury safe dentist who's main objective is to do no harm to patients by knowingly placing any materials into them that will cause harm, like mercury amalgam fillings, nickel beryllium metals, and performing procedures such as root canals, while also safely removing these materials placed from old dental work.

Dr. Paul Wilke has been in practice at Total Mouth Fitness in San Antonio since 1999. While Dr. Wilke has focused primarily on general dentistry in the past, he has continually updated his skills and knowledge, thereby broadening his client base through orthodontics and performing toxic-free dentistry.

We love and appreciate our staff! They have chair side expertise and will be happy to answer any question you might have about your dental care. Our awesome front office is led by our Office Manager, Cindy who has been with us since 2012. In addition, Sharon, our Scheduling Coordinator, came on full time in 2014 and holds a BS degree in Health from Texas A&M.

Dr. Wilke will perform a comprehensive exam, consisting of an overall evaluation of the patient's oral cavity. Dr. Wilke will review the x-rays and discuss findings and his recommendations with the patient. Our office manager will comprise a treatment plan based on Dr. Wilke's recommendations. The treatment plan will include the treatment recommended, the number of visits needed to accommodate the patient's needs and the cost associated with each visit.Since most patients have not seen a dentist in a long time, it is better to wait for Dr. Wilke to complete his exam and at that time he will let you know what type of cleaning is needed.
