I've been going here for about 9 years now. I've had a lot of work done to my teeth in that time and many cleanings. I absolutely love my dentists and the rest of the staff. My hygienist have always been really friendly and the receptionist are quick to address everyone by name once they walk in the door. I moved up to Waco recently and I will try to continue coming here because finding a good dentist like Balcones Dental can be hard to come by. Thank you!

Best dental office ever! They know what great customer service is and they put it into practice every single day. The staff is so friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. Even when I've had issues with insurance, they've always found a way to help/fix the issue. I moved to another state for a few years and I hated not being able to come to this office for my dental care. Until I moved back and it was a no brainer that I would come back to this office. I was a candidate for the tooth implant training program for dentists. I had a really great experience! The dentists took great care of me, keeping my comfort a priority while learning/brushing up their skills at the same time. The procedure was a great success at a muuuch cheaper price than normal. I'd recommend this dentist to anyone who is looking for a professional private practice.
