Dr. Bal explained everything before we started. During the procedure I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort of any kind. Dr. Bal told me through the process if I would hear a particular sound or feel pressure, but the entire experience was incredible. I can't say enough positive about Dr. Bal and the entire staff.

Dr. David Keating is a miracle worker. I was out of town on vacation and started to develop an ache in my tooth. Unfortunately, the pain continued thru-out the next 5 days on vacation to the point where I was not able to sleep and no amount of pain medication would help. Upon return from vacation, I immediately saw my dentist who identified the problem and so I went to Dr. Keating to have a root canal.
He tells me this was a severe case of infection and helped me to understand every step of the process to my recovery. He was professional, kind, and communicative. I went from not sleeping and intolerable pain (10) to amazing results with pain subsiding immediately. This was my first (and hopefully only) root canal in my 60 years; however, if the misfortune were to occur again, there is no doubt I would return to Dr. Keating. He is amazing!

Dr. Bal and Razia were awesome. Very grateful for the care received. My root canal was painless; absolutely no discomfort. I was even starting to fall asleep during the procedure.
