I found myself desperate to see a dentist as my temporary crown put on a week ago in WA fell off and broke while on vacation here in Tucson. Called around and Dr Jay Lopez office made me an appt. Disappointed as after 2 hrs, and an exam and an X-ray, no treatment plan except refused to do replacement of temporary crown. Even with insurance and offer to pay cash! I couldn't believe I was sent on my way with a sensitive tooth and no resolution till I return home to my own dentist. Empathy, kindness, and creative thinking was absent.

Just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out today. No general anesthetic and the procedure was quick and painless (yes you read that right). Excellent bedside manner and great sense of humor in the room. Erika, his assistant was wonderful as well.
