Dr. Gallardo and his team are beyond amazing! After seeing their great care and service with my husband during his LANAP surgery, I was eager to schedule an appointment for my own periodontal care. Danny was such a pleasure and he did an amazing job on my cleaning today! I have been going to Dr. Gallardo for at least 25 years and in my opinion, he is the best periodontist in Miami. He is up to date with all the latest procedures and explains everything very thoroughly. His staff is very professional and personable. They make you feel like family. I would highly recommend him for any periodontal problems you may have.

Please don't let fear stop you from getting dental implants. First of all Dr Gallardo and his staff are not only professional but they go out of their way to take care of their patients. They will gladly any any question you have and alleviate any concerns in a way the average person can understand, no medical speak. They have been voted the best Periodontist in Miami and they deserve the honor because Dr Gallardo was trained in some of the best schools and it shows in his state of the art practice with all the best and latest technology.
He is also one of the few periodontists in Miami that offers IV sedation so pain isn't even an issue. I had all my teeth replaced (All on 4 upper and lower arches) and it has changed my life. Post op for me meant swelling the first 3 days and manageable discomfort. In six months the temp teeth I'm wearing with be replaced with permanent ones and I can't wait. Do yourself a favor. Get you smile back and go see Dr Gallardo for your implant needs.

The staff is kind, flexible, professional, eager to help and make one feel like in family.
