All our staff members will continue to wear masks and we encourage all our patients to bring a mask with them. We are wearing enhanced PPE that keeps us warm; therefore, the temperature will be kept on the cool side in the office. Most importantly, please let us know as soon as possible, if you are not able to keep your appointment. Everyone at our office has three passions in dentistry: making you comfortable, making you smile, and making your smile shine. When you visit our office, you won't feel the usual stress or anxiety that comes when visiting other dental offices.

In the early 90s, Dr. Patel moved to Atlanta and started working as an associate for a large dental company. Dismayed by the lack of service and care that plagued the dental industry, he had an idea. If he could start his own practice, there had to be a better way to treat patients - not as patients but as people.

Teresa is currently Director of Finance at Dentistry at East Piedmont and has been established in the dental field for over 30 years. I was born a "Carolina Girl, " but I have been a native of Georgia almost all of my life. I have been fortunate enough thru the years to have experienced all aspects of the dental field including expanded dental assistant, Insurance Specialist, Office Manager, and now expanded my education in helping our patients with sleep apnea.I am very fortunate to be a team member of Dentistry at East Piedmont for over 15 years, and I look forward to many more years, all thanks to our awesome patients for their support of our practice.

Education is the foundation of any doctor. In May of 1996, he proudly received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the well-respected Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. Dr. Patel moved to Atlanta to begin his dental career after working his way up to clinical director for one of Atlanta's largest dental offices, he opened the doors to his own practice in May of 2001 in Marietta.
