Waited two weeks for an appointment only to get called the day before the appointment to be informed in a rude unapologetic manner that they could not keep the appointment and that their staff must have misunderstood what was needed (it was very clear and I was assured it would not be a problem and that they would be happy to help.) The staff needs to take a course in professional phone etiquette. Very unhappy with the entire situation and delay in care.

Me and my family all went to this Rollins and Petersen, it's was a great time with them and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs braces. They are all nice people and I'm glad that I came to Rollins and Petersens for my braces.

This is not your typical dental office, the staff at Rollins & Petersen are extremely exceptional and very genuine. I would recommend there service to any one that wants to make sure there child receives the best possible care.
