Due to recent licensing changes from the Wisconsin State Dental Board, we are unable to offer sedation services at our office. Our dentists are working diligently to recertify. We hope to continue our mission of making dental care as comfortable as possible. Please stay tuned. Dr. Tom Charapata

Dr. Tom grew up in Cudahy, Wisconsin and graduated with honors from Cudahy High School in 1976. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 1980 before earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1984. Dr. Tom immediately went into practice with his older brother, Frank, who passed away in 1998.

My name is Dr. Mauro Perdomo and I am excited to help carry on this practice's tradition of patient-focused care to you and your family.
