Went in with my 8yr old son for his scheduled appointment when they called him back I went to go with him when they told me "no he goes back by himself." what kinda hickory is this? My son has only met this dentist one other time. He did not feel safe! I explained that to the dentist and she did not care. She then said there was a policy in place to allow her to take kids back without their parents. I never received or signed this policy. I told her that and she didn't care. I will NEVER come back!

The staff was extremely unprofessional for starters the women who answered the phone told me due to their POLICY of missing appointments (which was NEVER mentioned when scheduling)my child was longer welcomed in their office EVER. I spoke with her boss Kim who was beyond belief rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me the full name of the office as I was given a referral from my child's doctor and only had the phone number. I would like to write a formal letter or speak with someone who is not going to deny me Information that should be given!if anyone has please share

We began dental visits for both of our children at the age of two with Dr. Poiset. The first visit was 10 years ago, based on a recommendation from a friend. We have always been completely satisfied with Dr. Poiset, his staff and their work. Everyone has always been friendly and great with the kids, and they are all extremely competent. We also now see Dr. Hagan for orthodontics, and are very happy with her too. I highly recommend Poiset & Associates.

My 8 yr old has been a patient for several years. Every aspect of the service is top notch. Dental care is gentle and thorough, for cleanings, exams, and fillings. The staff are all excellent with children. Dr. Poiset is extremely knowledgeable, very caring and offers great insight into dental care and promoting good hygiene habits. My daughter loves going to the dentist - what a gift for life!

We have been going to Dr. Poiset for over 11 years now and have all 3 of our kids with him. He is an excellent dentist and is very good with the kids. He is patient and takes his time and answers any questions or concerns that we may have. The front office staff is also very helpful, friendly and professional. We have not had a dental hygienist that we have not liked, they are all amazing with the kids and make them comfortable and talk to them and explain things to them. The whole office is great and we have never had any problems or complaints at all. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist, this is a great place to take your kids!

My youngest daughter was born with enamel hypoplasia which left her teeth very prone to early decay. At two years old, she needed extensive restoration and Dr. Poiset was able to correct everything in dental surgery. He truly treats his patients as if they were his own children. We had a checkup today and no cavities. After all of the issues discovered in our previous visits, I didn't think we would ever get to this point.
We know that she will continue to have issues with her teeth which is why we won't take her to anyone else. The staff is also very helpful and pleasant. The waiting room has a movie playing with an area of infant/toddler toys as well as a back area with video games. Overall, an excellent experience.

Poiset & Associates is informative, caring, and excels at what they do. The office truly is all inclusive with a loving family-orientated environment. The artwork and design of the office is welcoming to children; lots of entertainment/distractions for kids such as video games, toys, and movies to watch; there is even an orthodontist in the office as well. My oldest sees Dr. Hagan and she is amazing.
I am able to take all 4 of my children in at the same time to get their teeth cleaned and get braces adjusted in about an hour. The front office staff is knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond in answering all of my insurance questions as well as helping me make appointments. Most importantly.my children adore Dr. Poiset. He takes the time to talk to them and makes them feel safe and at ease. It is a wonderful experience every time they go and I value his expertise.
