Dr. Courtney C. Adams is from Hanover County, Virginia, and graduated from Lee-Davis High School. Dr. Courtney C. Adams attended the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and graduated with a degree in Biology. Dr. Courtney C. Adams graduated from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry.
Dr. Taylor T. Arkema

Dr. Taylor T. Arkema grew up in Salem, Virginia. She became interested in dentistry at an early age after watching both her father and grandfather in their orthodontic practices. Dr. Arkema attended The University of South Carolina where she earned a B.S. in Exercise Science. After college, she attended the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine in Charleston, South Carolina where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine.Dr. Arkema has volunteered at South Carolina's Dental Access Day (DAD), several Mission of Mercy projects in Virginia, and has traveled to Peru to provide dental care through Dental Community Fellowship.

As a mom of three, she considers herself a Chaos Coordinator, and loves the mom life and being a sports mom. Alyssa loves the interaction with patients and the rewarding feeling from helping a patient achieve a healthy smile. Jennifer joined our team in July of 2021. She is new to dentistry but loves the opportunities to help people at Grove Avenue Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.
