Dr. Pagel is Amazing, knowledgeable, personable, and takes the time to help you understanding exactly what is going on and what needs to be done. The entire staff is super nice and helpful! Dr Pagel, Dr Lyons, and downtown dentist office staff are super nice. Always professional, attentive, friendly, and encouraging. I've been with the office for over ten years and really enjoy working with the team. I've had two implants done at the the office, and they work really well. In particular, I like the way Dr. Pagel explains any decision making process (I always want to know why and how), and my hygienist Marcie is the best! She shared so many tips of teeth cleaning with me and always encourages me to do a good job at home. I genuinely like the office, thank you all!

Dr. Pagel is an amazing, skilled, patient and compassionate dentist. The nurses, hygienist and staff are all absolutely wonderful and long tenured. My husband and I are treated like family with the best care at Downtown Dentist, and we would go nowhere else for our dental needs.
