Dr. Phillip R. Newton is a Cum Laude graduate of Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science Biomedical Engineering Degree. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Baylor College of Dentistry and completed his Doctor of Medicine Degree at Texas Tech Health Science Center. Before joining our practice, Dr. Newton completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Residency at Texas A & M Health Science Center as well as Baylor College of Dentistry. During his residency, he gave back to the community by participating as a co-founder and dental care provider at Lubbock Impact Free Dental Clinic.
