I called and spoke with Izzy who was incredibly rude and clearly could care less about assisting paitents. If you do not have insurance, according to Izzy, they cannot legally even set an appointment to see you. When I told her I understood I would coming out of pocket thousands of dollars and was okay with that, she told me it didn't matter.

Dr Ferguson has been amazing w all three of my daughters. His expertise allowed preventive interventions to correct my daughter's bite without having to take the next steps (possible surgery). His talent gave my oldest not only a beautiful smile but the gift of self confidence too! We are grateful for the whole practice made up of amazing staff and doctors!

My son's two-year orthodontic experience was great! He was eight years old when he got braces and his appliance. (The process was soooooo easy and gentle compared to what I went through in the late '80s!) I'm thankful for Dr. Rambo's expertise. The Team was always polite, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Dr Ferguson is incredible, and he always makes appointments and treatment fun and comfortable. He keeps us informed and educated every step of the way. It's unfortunate that the staff answering phones is not as helpful or welcoming. Their unprofessional and rude behavior has become commonplace for the last two years and has only been exacerbated by COVID protocols, making checking in, scheduling appointments, and asking about care and treatment plans exceptionally stressful.
The exam area is now the only place we feel valued. This morning's interaction while trying to check in cemented in my mind that we would refuse ongoing treatment if we were told it had to be extended. Thankfully there will be only one more appointment and my kid's treatment will be complete. The truth is, no matter how good your medical provider is, front office staff attitudes and behavior are a huge factor in patient satisfaction. Dr Ferguson is a 5-star orthodontist, but the fact that we were ready to find another orthodontist so late in a second child's treatment because of the way front office staff consistently treats us should be a wake up call to the practice.

I've been going to Bluegrass Orthodontics for many years now. And I really wanted to share how much I'm amazed by professionalism and time that they put into you. Especially, orthodontic technician Leslie, she's the most gentle and accurate person in there. All of her attachments are always in place, she works fast and efficient. What's also important for me, I have really sensitive teeth, and I've never ever experienced even slight discomfort with her! Now, I'm only requesting miss Leslie. Thank you, Julia V.

Bluegrass Orthodontics did an outstanding job with my teeth! Everyone that works there is very polite and they make sure you feel comfortable during your appointment. Their different locations make it easy to make appointments depending on your location. I would recommend Bluegrass Orthodontics to anyone who is looking for orthodontic work! They do a very good job of scheduling appointments around your personal schedule as well.
I am very happy with my smile and the work they did. Since I got my braces off I have gotten a bunch of compliments about my teeth and people telling me that they love my smile!
