Our doctor-owned practice is led by Dr. Fateh Arslan, a board-certified orthodontist with expertise in biomechanics and craniofacial treatment, together with Dr. Ayla Idilbi, a compassionate family orthodontist. Our treatment options include traditional metal braces, clear ceramic braces, Invisalign, Angel Aligners, airway orthodontics, adult orthodontics, orthodontics for children and teens, and TMJ treatment. We are dedicated to providing expert care without requiring local families to travel downtown or across San Antonio.Our two offices are conveniently located on Shaenfield Rd and Summer Fest Dr, giving patients access to orthodontic care near their neighborhoods. We provide affordable treatment options, welcoming environments, convenient hours, flexible scheduling, and personalized attention. Comprehensive treatment is priced from $3,800 to $6,500, with payment plans available from $300 down and 0% APR financing. Same-day starts are also available, and every patient can begin with a free consultation. Dr. Arslan holds ABO board certification and is a diplomate of the ABO, AAO, ADA, and Texas Dental Association, while Dr. Idilbi maintains active membership in the AAO. Our Invisalign service combines customized treatment planning with clear, removable aligners for a comfortable orthodontic experience. We evaluate each patients teeth, gums, dental history, and treatment goals before creating a personalized plan. Regular appointments allow us to monitor progress, address concerns promptly, and adjust treatment as needed, while the aligners provide discreet teeth straightening. 
At Fiesta Orthodontics, we provide personalized braces treatment for children, teenagers, and adults with a variety of orthodontic needs. Traditional metal braces, clear ceramic braces, and Invisalign aligners can gradually correct misaligned teeth, overcrowding, spacing, and bite irregularities. We use detailed evaluations and digital planning to develop customized treatment plans, while retainers help maintain the improvements after treatment is completed. 
We provide treatment strategies for overbites ranging from orthodontic correction to surgical intervention when necessary. Braces and Invisalign clear aligners can steadily adjust tooth alignment and improve the bite, while lingual braces offer a more discreet alternative. When jaw structure is responsible for a severe condition, surgery may be paired with orthodontic care, with retainers supporting lasting alignment. 
We address underbites with treatment plans tailored to the specific circumstances of each patient. Our assessment examines the relationship between the upper and lower teeth, the severity of the condition, and potential TMJ involvement. Depending on the findings, we may recommend traditional or ceramic braces, clear aligners, palatal expansion, or reverse-pull headgear, with surgical intervention available for severe cases. 
Our jaw surgery services address significant jaw and bite irregularities that cannot be corrected through orthodontics alone. Corrective treatment can improve oral function, including chewing and speaking, while supporting facial balance and symmetry. Before surgery, patients may require orthodontic alignment and diagnostic assessments. Recovery includes pain management, dietary guidance, oral hygiene, follow-up visits, and rehabilitation.

We just wrapped initial consult and our entire experience was smooth and so worth it. Everyone was extremely welcoming and nice. Dr. Ayla did a thorough review and went over everything in detail with us. We put on braces during the consult and the full visit lasted a little over a hour.
