Dr. Ezzys path to dentistry is as unique as her approach to patient care. Born in Iran, she moved to Irvine at the age of 19, bringing with her a determination to excel in her chosen field. Her journey began as a dental assistant while studying chemistry at the University of California, Irvine. During this time, she discovered her true calling and fell in love with dentistry.
Driven by her newfound passion, Dr. Ezzy pursued her dental education at USCs prestigious Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, graduating with her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2013. Her academic excellence was evident throughout her educational journey, earning her spots on the Deans List at USC and UC Irvine.

This was definitely one of my most painless filling procedures ever. Dr. Ezzy did two fillings at the same appointment. She was very gentle and administered an appropriate amount of novocaine. Since my appointment was in the middle of the day and earlier appointments may cause delays, I did end up having to wait an extra 30 minutes to get started.

Dr. Ezzy determined the cause of my sore tooth (a hairline fracture) and extended a filling over that as well as performed a second filling all within record time. She used just the right amount of numbing medication so I did not feel pain, yet was able to speak clearly for the class I needed to teach right after my appointment! Many times I have been so numbed at a dental visit that I could not speak for hours, so I was really impressed. I am so thrilled to be able to eat on the side of my mouth where formerly the fracture prevented me from doing so. Everything was better within hours of my visit! Dr. Ezzy and her staff are extremely kind and professional, and do great work. They will work the best they can around your busy schedule. I highly recommend her.

Beautiful office and very clean. Staff is wonderful and happy cause they like working there. Dr Ezzy is the best! So professional and knowledgeable- and does the work in a timely manner. I had a crown & filling done , was done in 2 hours with my new beautiful crown. She does it all in office. Highly recommend Dr Ezzy!!

Ive now had a routine appointment and a crown replacement and am very pleased with the services and the outcome. Dr. Exit is professional, gentle & personable. I had a major gum issue that may have led to significant dental work like a root canal and a crown or even an implant
However the good team at Smile Tustin took some x-rays as well as a 3-D image and with the expert help of an orthodontist determined that only an antibiotic was necessary
The gum infection was eliminated and no further dental work was needed
I was in good hands of the Smile Tustin dental team

After Dr Swensen retired, I was concerned about going with a new dentist. I like Dr Izzy a lot. She is excellent with Novocaine shots. I had some issues with a broken tooth and had to call her after hours. She was sincere in hearing about my situation and came in on her day off to see me. Shes upbeat and has a cheerful personality.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Swenson and his staff! They are professional, yet personable and really care about my health and happiness. I relocated to Wa and even scheduled my regular cleanings while visiting in Ca to continue working with Dr. Swenson. Dr Swenson is a true professional and always friendly. Will weigh options when necessary and guide your health plan with you rather than always telling you what must be done like other dentists Ive been to....and those dentists were more often wrong than right. I rarely write reviews as a point of reference. I was a patient of doctor Lockwood for 25 years until he retired. Doctor Swenson is a stone throw away and is amazing Im his own right. Professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and maintains a exceptional staff to support him. Theyre good people & do great dentistry.
