Dr. Dalton Harding is an enthusiastic healthcare provider who has been committed to helping patients here in the Pacific Northwest achieve peak oral health for the last several years. He grew up in Cheney, WA before attending Washington State University for his undergraduate education Go Cougs! From there, he and his wife moved to New York City, where he attended dental school at New York University.

Hello, and thanks for your interest in Downriver Smiles. For the past 10 years, I have been honored to serve my patients at this office in the beautiful Audubon neighborhood. I was born at Sacred Heart and spent my entire childhood in Spokane. I owe that to my parents decision to move up from California so my mom could go to dental hygiene school here at Eastern Washington University. And while having a dental hygienist as my mother may seem like the start of my eventual journey to dentistry, it actually began with her father who was a dentist. He practiced in a time before masks and gloves, and my mom distinctly remembers handling mercury with her bare hands while working for him in high school! Fortunately, she still has all of her fingers.

This place is great. It starts with the ladies at the front desk. Tina and Stacey are amazing! They are so inviting and helpful. They make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The wait time is next to nothing. As soon as you’re called back, and you sit down, you’re treated with the utmost care. Walking you through everything and making sure you are comfortable. I had zero pain, which is what I’m always afraid of, and left feeling taken care of. Dr. Harding is gentle and does great work!
ETA- After 3 months of consistent appointments and a lot of work done, I can say I love my smile again! Dr Harding did an amazing job on my bridges and everything else that needed done! I highly recommend this office. They bring back your confidence and smile!

I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist since childhood. Born in ‘47 X-rays were not in the realm of healthy dental works.as a result I was going an entire summer for have cavities filled because of no X-rays. I’ve finally enjoy going to Dr Harding. He and his staff are very respectful and professional. I recommend them for all your dental needs and dental health. I shout out to Danika. Very personable and professional. She showed such care and respect, if requested her to be my dental hygienist whenever I come there for a dental cleaning.

Much like many people I was unable to go to the dentist's because of covid and that really got drawn out. I was worried about being criticized about the quality of my teeth. However, what I experienced was far from that. They're extremely professional, kind, and caring. Tess was particularly the highlight, talking to me about my life and making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Truly great service and a wonderful atmosphere.
