As always, the office staff was friendly and helpful. Granted, I've been a patient for years, but this is one of the reasons why that is true. As one of the patients who was traumatized by my childhood dental experiences, they are ALWAYS careful to ensure I experience close to zero discomfort. The hygienist, Sandra, is the most considerate, thoughtful, and meticulous dental professionals I have EVER encountered! They also leverage the very latest technology and this greatly reduces "chair time" and repeat visits. I can't compare them to anyone else, because I've never even considered switching.

I sincerely appreciate the outstanding support from Debra in getting me an appointment on Monday to have Dr Chou look at my tooth. Both Dr Chou and her dental assistant were very professional in handling my dental emergency. Once I complete the root canal, I will call for an appointment to have a crown. I usually dislike the dentist, but ever since I started coming to distinctive smiles it's a very great experience every single time. from the doctors, who make me feel confident about my treatments to the front desk who I would love to give a special shout out to yvonne! every time I check in she's there with a smile on her face and even if she's not working front desk she finds me and greets me just to say hello since we have built a relationship. I will continue to come back and recommend this place.
