My dentist came highly recommended on NextDoor and Google. Now, of course I did my own research but none of it did him justice. This doctor is a remarkable dentist who is great at his craft, in addition to being warm, kind, thoughtful, and funny. P.S. When I needed surgery, he sent me to an outstanding oral surgeon as well. I have no notes. He's awesome! *Highly recommend*

Dr. Spangler and his entire team offer the very highest level of dental care. Professional, extremely competent, helpful and friendly. from the folks at the front desk, to the hygienists, and to Dr. Spangler himself. The billing department, through Angela, is especially helpful, and effective, in assisting with insurance claims. Count me as a long term and satisfied patient! --------- AND a 2021 follow-up based on Dr. Spangler and crew successfully coordinating a three-tooth dental implant process during this past year.
A long-term bridge failed, on my upper right jaw, which required a lengthy and fairly complicated process to remedy that gap. Dr. Spangler made a good referral to the oral surgeon and then oversaw the fabrication of all of the necessary interim bridges (kudos to Karen, especially!) and final crowns, overseeing the process until completion. At every step he and his staff made sure that I was comfortable, and at the end of the process, he made every necessary adjustment to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the result. Once again, 5 stars to Dr. Spangler, Karen, Brenda and Angela!

It had been more than five years since my last dentist trip before finding Dr. Spangler's office. He and his staff have been extremely friendly, courteous, and respectful. I am a former patient of Dr. Spangler. I have moved out of state.otherwise I would still be a patient of his! Dr. Spangler and his staff have always been accomodating as to appointment times, as well as being friendly and patient. I know that every procedure he did had to be done. I don't know that with my present dentist. I do know that the procedure he is now suggesting I have done is twice the price of what Dr. Spangler would charge for the same. Some of that may be due to the location I am in now, but there is just nothing like trust and integrity, and Dr. Spangler certainly has that.

I have been going to "Dr. Mike" since I moved here to NC from NY - that was before he was in his own practice. He is a great dentist with a very caring manner, even going beyond where he has come into the office after hours for me, a couple of times, when an emergency happened, during the years. If you are looking for a new dentist or are new to the area, I highly recommend him and his warm, helpful and caring staff. You will NOT be disappointed!

This is a wonderful practice. I have been using this office for dental services since I was a child. The dentist in charge has changed twice but Dr. Spangler is by far my favorite. The office staff are courteous and helpful with insurance, billing and scheduling questions. The hygienist staff is professional and works efficiently. Dr. Spangler is fabulous!
He is just the right amount of chatty. He does not keep patients waiting. He does a thorough examination following the hygienist's cleaning. One drawback is the parking lot is small. Come early to find a spot.
