The All-on-4 treatment concept uses dental implants and a fixed denture to restore a full arch of teeth all at once. Dental implants are uniquely designed to mimic the anatomy of natural teeth. This first visit is vital because it allows your doctor to develop a personalized treatment plan designed to fit your specific needs.

The next time you return to our office, it will be for the placement of the implant screws and abutments. This procedure is typically performed with the help of anesthesia to ensure patients dont experience any discomfort. Once your anesthesia has taken effect, your doctor will carefully place the screw into the empty tooth socket. In almost all cases, the abutment will be attached at the same time, and a provisional crown will be placed. This ensures that you are not living without a tooth while the implant fuses with the jaw bone. After the implant heals, you will return for the placement of your final prosthesis. The prosthesis will snap onto the abutment, taking the place of the provisional crown and providing you with a permanent restoration.

The staff makes you feel like you are part of their family. From the receptionist to the Doctors they make you feel as if you've known them forever. I am so happy with my temporary teeth I can't imagine how the permanent ones will feel. It was a hard decision to go through with the process and I researched the way it is done and the places that do the all on 4 for a couple of months. After all the research and my first appointment with By Design I felt sure I made the right descision to have them do the surgery. I couldn't be more satisfied with my smile!

It would be awesome to be able to smile and laugh again with confidence instead of trying to cover my mouth and hide my teeth so people don't laugh make fun of me. They are so amazing there. Everyone is extremely nice and they don't judge. It took me a long time to get enough courage to go there and of course I cant afford it but even though I haven't had anything done when I Call for advice they give it to me. My girlfriend got her top teeth extracted and implanted put in yesterday and they look amazing! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful smile! No pressure sales they gave my girlfriend plenty of time to think about this big life decision. The staff was excellent there and so friendly. I had the All on 4 procedure on my upper jaw. The staff was friendly and professional. Everyone there is a specialist in what they do. This would be an awesome opportunity for me. It would help me to smile again and people to talk to people with confidence . I work with the public and volunteer a lot of my time working the snack bars for children's sports. It's no longer something I look foward to anymore because of my teeth. If I could have this done I would be forever grateful
