Scheduled a cleaning. Spent 5 minutes in the chair, after 30 seconds of "inspecting" my teeth I was told I had 3 small cavities that needed to be filled and the cleaning I had come in for wasn't going to happen because the hygienist wasn't available. Seems like others like this place. It's very clean on the inside, but I was treated like a payday and got nothing from it. Will be looking for a new dentist office.

My appointment was on time. Staff were courteous and dentistry was gentle with no pain. I was reassured that disinfection between patients was protocol and indeed the examination/treatment room appeared spotless. I had another satisfying visit. I was a half hour late for my appointment and the staff Adjusted the schedule for me instead of canceling. They have always been gracious and accommodating. My two boys were really nervous before seeing the dentist, but Dr Robert made their experience so interesting and educational! He even provided a giant friend (a set of teeth) "Mr Gary" to teach them how to brush their teeth properly and thoroughly. Highly recommended for family with little kids.

The dentist was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and why. They even had TVs on the ceiling.which is GENIUS.

Finally found my long term dentist! After my dentist retiring, I've spent the past 5+ years searching for a good dentist. Dr Rob Stearns is the man. Truly a master of his craft. You don't realize how valuable a good assistant is as well, and Cindy excels at her job. They make a great team at Natick family dental. I feel as though I received the time and attention deserved for money spent on quality dental work.

What a wonderful experience I had at Natick Family Dental. I went in to have a crown put on a tooth that had a crack in the filling and it turned out that Dr. Rob found he could repair with only a new filling - WOW - he saved me over a $1000 on my treatment. This was a pleasant surprise and how great it was that a medical professional saved me money on a treatment. Integrity and professionalism abound in this office. Thank you to the whole team. When I first went to Natick dental, I needed my teeth whiter. As a salesman, the first impression I make is important. I was stunned at the systems and the people that the office has in place. Sweet ladies that really care about your comfort. The setting looks more like a spa and the view was gorgeous out her windows of their offices. I had almost no wait in her office. Then I was moved into work with one of her dental assistants that prepped me for Dr to look at me and tell the workers what they needed to know. A short while later, they were done with the procedure and I started getting compliments from that time forward on how bright my teeth are now. Wow, I have never seen my teeth so white. Thank you!

To say the least, I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I find most experiences noisy and painful. For the first time ever, I did not mind going to my appointment. I saw the dentist for my yearly cleaning and X-rays. It was easy to request an appointment online. Being that my appointment was not time sensitive, I was scheduled about 3 weeks out from the day I sent in a request. The office was well lit and offered a laid back and comfortable vibe.
If you are like me and have anxiety about going to the dentist, you can also pick your favorite Netflix show or Pandora Station to make the time go faster. Both Doctor and her staff were kind and efficient. She took her time and was sure to check in throughout the process. After the cleaning, she offered mindful care tips. I would definitely recommend going to this office!

I cannot give this office enough praise. Dr. Vora and everyone in his office are very skilled and very pleasant. I had a dental emergency (infection) and she took me right in that morning. She helped get rid of the infection and scheduled a follow up appointment to fix the issue. The office called me the next day to make sure I was doing okay and to see how my pain was. I was blown away by the compassion and the level of service from this office. Dr. Vora is honestly one of the most kind, gentle and caring dentists I have ever had. The staff at the office is equally as wonderful. There is no need to look any further for a dentist.

I first checked out this dental office when visiting multiple locations for veneer consultations. On my initial visit Dr. Vora and her team did a very thorough consult on cosmetic options for me. They laid out the options ranging from a dramatic transformation to more conservative one more aligned with what I was originally thinking. They used photographs so I could better understand the proposals.
Even when I decided on a more conservative option of only two veneers, Dr. Vora was still as attentive and reassuring as I went through the various steps of the procedure. The whole team there is great; you won't be disappointed!
