I'm curious to know how potential clients or clients can make an appointment. Each time I have called, no one picks up. Due to my job, I can't use my phone throughout the day. The best way is email or me calling them when I can use my phone. I have tried both and still have not obtained an appointment. Good things have been said about North Potomac Smiles from friends and coworkers. I really wish I could make an appointment.

This review is based on friend's recommendations and me not being able to make an appointment. Update to my review. They finally answered the phone when I rang at 4:15. Unfortunately, for new patients, they are not accepting Care First insurance.

It used to be a 5 star place. Dr Kodsi is great, but unfortunately the last office experiences have been horrible. Tried for more than 3 months to get my sons appointments, never could. Not to mention they recommended an oral surgeon for my son who needed his wisdom teeth out, who has incredibly shady reviews. We went and found our own, and when some paperwork was needed the front office fought with the oral surgeons office to the point where I had to go drive over and deal with it while my son was in surgery.

Mind you we have been customers for over 15 years, when he was just a tiny office. I think it's a matter of becoming too big to maintain proper customer service, and treating the people who have been with you from the beginning with respect. It's truly an unfortunate situation, and sadly time to move on.

I highly recommend North Potomac smiles! They really made me feel very comfortable, like we were friends of many years. I suffered bad anxiety and depression and for many years did not go to the dentist because of anxiety at the dentist office, however now I am very comfortable here and would recommend it to everyone. They are very compassionate and I have not felt any pain at any of my visits. I couldn't be any happier to have finally found a great dental office that really cares about my feelings and that I am comfortable 100% of the time.
