Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Financial & Insurance

Discounts for payment in full at the start of treatment as well as for multiple family members in treatment. If you have insurance, we will help you to determine the coverage you have available. We ask that you assign your benefit to us. The balance will be arranged for you to pay directly to our office.
