Dr. Woods sold the business and the new owners did not share that information until i showed up for the appointment. Second visit I had an appointment with my hygienist and after i showed up i was seen by a dentist and not a hygienist. When i asked they said they said hygienist had taken the day off. The dentist and his assistant did a bad job with cleaning. I am not going there anymore. They still have Dr. Woods name on the door to trick you in.

Dr woods has sold his business and retired. I went to Dr woods and his father for many years. After the business was sold I saw a very good doctor in there and did a great job and I went back about 30 days later to have that same dentist and do more work on myself and I was told by the staff in the office at that dentist no longer worked there and they wouldn't give me his name or where he had moved to I didn't think that was very professional so this is why I lowered my rating from five stars of Dr woods

Quit calling my house to come in for a cleaning. I will not and neither will my husband. He was in about a month ago. Mellisa was great. The dentist came over and told my husband that he needed all this work. Ya, sure. We are going to a new dentist. I am going to take the paper that states all the work he needs. If the the dentist says he doesn't need the work, I AM CALLING THE BOARD.
