Owens, Van Etta , & Kitson, PA

Dr. Kitson is a general dentist providing comprehensive dental care for adults and children. Dr. Kitson has worked in the dental field since 1984. For twelve years she practiced as a dental hygienist in Western New York State and Northeast Florida, specializing in periodontics. In 2000 Dr. Kitson joined our practice after obtaining her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. She is married to David G. Bowers, Jr. Dr. Bietenholz is a general dentist providing comprehensive dental care for adults and children.

Originally from Fernandina Beach, FL, Teresa joined Amelia Dental Group in 1991 as dental assistant. She has had several administrative positions in our office and became our Practice Administrator in 2010. Teresa is a proud member of the American Association of Dental Office Management and serves as the President of the AADOM Northeast Florida Chapter an association for Practice Administrators, Office Managers and Administrative Teams. She received her Diplomate from the American Association of Dental Office Management in the fall of 2021 in Orlando, FL.

Originally from Fernandina Beach, FL, Heather joined our practice in 2004 as a dental assistant. She graduated from Concorde Career Institute. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son. Originally from Yulee, FL. Mistye joined our practice in 2006 as a dental assistant. She graduated from Concorde Career Institute in 2004.

Originally from Bunnell, FL, Teresa joined our practice in 1981 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She took time away to raise her son Trevor and her daughter Kristen and returned to ADG in 1993. She graduated from Florida Junior College at Jacksonville in 1979 and is a member of Rivers Edge Church in Hillard.
