I feel awful for this review, but I was actually hopeful when I was scheduled for an emergency appointment, Julie felt so empathetic to the pain I was having for an entire week. It's really painful. Susan, at the Dunlap office told me, at first, that Julie made an error and she's going to check if I can be seen. Susan was rude, had no compassion for my situation and did not want to help me. However, after 20ty minutes she calls me back and Literally said they would look at my pain, bill me, but not help at all the pain and I should really go back to the other dentist.
I was in so much pain I was unable to get out of bed for 3 days. I needed help, emergency help, and this Dunlap office, "unfortunately" doesn't care about emergency services at all! Worse services and I would NEVER RECOMMEND them at the Dunlap location EVER!
