If you need a kind, knowledgeable and compassionate dentist care team, this is your place! Samantha, my dental hygentist, was gentle and kind. Answered all of my 10,000 questions and thoroughly explained everything to me. As for the dentist himself, he is the nicest dentist/doctor I've ever met. He worked with me on a plan that fit my budget which is so rare. He is quick and efficient with a gentle disposition. The receptionist was also friendly and professional. Don't walk, run to this office!

After receiving numerous emails and text messages reminding me of my appointment (which was fine), I arrived at the office about five minutes early, checked in, and sat down in the waiting room. I waited.and waited.and waited. Thirty minutes after my appointment, I got up and told the receptionist that my appointment was at 2:00 as they had reminded me and it is now 2:30, and I am leaving.
No apology. No explanation. No nothing. Except I got a text message the next day telling me I needed to re-schedule the appointment I missed. I have never had to wait like that in the years I have gone to this office. Since it was taken over by some corporation, there seems to be a different dentist every time I go. I will be finding another dentist's office.

I visited Markham Family Dentistry for the first time and am extremely impressed. The staff seems professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly. After my visit, I can tell that I have found a team I can count on! JoJo did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth in preparation for Dr. Willis to do some pretty serious work on them. I can't say enough about Dr. Willis and his team. They are remarkable! I'm very grateful to the entire team for all of their hard work and for getting my dental needs met so quickly.

Staff was very nice and dental hygienist was very gentle and explained everything that I needed and wanted done. Also she properly cleaned the equipment before use and after and sanitized her hands and computer after use that's very important. I finally found a Dentist Office to take care of my needs by doing it safely and professionally.

Although I was a little put off by the small amount of parking spaces, I felt at home when I made it inside. Amber, the receptionist, was so welcoming, professional, and patient with me even though I forgotten my dental insurance card on my very first visit. The wait for my check-up wasn't long either. I was taken to my room by the sweetest woman ever, Ms. Johanna.
I love her energy and knowledge of her job. She was quick in her process and she always informed me of what she was doing. Ms. Johanna explained how serious gum disease is and how important it is to take care of our mouths. I got to meet Dr. Willis and he seemed friendly, professional, and funny. Throughout the whole visit, I never felt uncomfortable. This will be my dentist from now on! Keep up the great work Markham Family Dentistry!

Markham Family Dentistry is very professional. The staff is Amazingly Terrific. All my services were great at every appt. They were very patient, very kind, very careful and very knowledgeable and very clear about my treatments to help me make choices concerning my healing and I was covered on everything so they made me feel like I am honored as a customer and treated like a human being. After two years of not seeing the dentist (COVID), I went to Makham Family Dentistry and worked with hygienist Jojo and dentist Dr. Bowie. They were very kind, professional, and efficient. They quickly examined, cleaned and addressed the issues with my teeth. They were very professional. I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend them.
