I have been going to this practice for over 30 years. All staff are knowledgeable, expert and friendly. It received a 4 instead of 5 has to do with the decrease in front office staff with the acquisition. Wait time to check in and check out was unnecessarily long.

I have been going to Windham Dental Group for over 20 years. The hygienists have always been friendly, professional, and a fantastic job with cleanings. Dr. Flanagan has been a wonderful dentist and has taken great care of my oral hygiene. I highly recommend them.

I received information from my hygienist as my cleaning was completed and I was treated pleasantly by all comfortable atmosphere Dr Flanagan offered a very direct solution to a problem overall an excellent visit

Yes, I do mean enjoyable. I'm an individual who has never really been afraid of the dentist. The staff members make me feel comfortable, and they express levels of care for more than just your teeth. they care about YOU! And if you have a great sense of humor, this is the place to be. You'll learn and laugh, both while taking care of your teeth.

I was incredibly happy with Dr. Flannigan and everyone in the office. I usually don't like dental visits, but they service was GREAT! I was in need of a very important procedure and the first date given to me was May. Dr. Flannigan made time for me next week! I was so happy I cried. You cant get happier than that! I would Highly recommend the Windham dental group to ALL.

This place is the best! I've been a patient for many years and they are always very accommodating even in the event of an emergency. Just the other night, an old crown came off my tooth. I called first thing the next morning and they got me right in a couple hours later. From the phone call, to the office staff, to the doctors.it is always a fantastic experience working with Windham Dental Group!

Love all the girls here! Everyone makes you feel so comfortable. Didn't have insurance for a period of time and I didn't want to go anywhere else so paid out of pocket just to still have Becky! She's amazing! 10/10 recommend.

I have been a patient at Groton Dental for close to two years now. I went there for dental implants and have had a very poor experience. In the beginning communicating with staff was a issue. I am still awaiting for the end to this procedure. In August it will be two years since I started this procedure. I cannot express how grateful I am to Brittany.

On bad appointment days she would explain and take the time to calm my fears often speaking for me to Dr. Flannigan when things were not right. She always explains to me what is going to happen when she brings me in and sets me up. During my ordeal I would never be told what was going to happen and if I was going to be there for 10 minutes or 5 hours.

I told Dr. Flanagan how lucky he was to have such a great co-worker in Brittany and if it wasn't for her I would of probably given up and changed doctors. I have witness him berate his assistants in front of patients and find this unnecessary and totally unprofessional. When I have a problem I always ask to speak with Brittany. She always fits me in when I can't get through at the front desk.

I hope they realize what a great employee they have in Brittany, no matter how her day is going she always puts the patients first! She is very good at decreasing the anxiety level and that was never obtainable until Brittany joined your staff.
