So I have a pretty extreme fear of dentists. The staff here were so kind and patient with me. I truly feel safe putting myself in their hands for some well over due work. I really cannot say enough how much I appreciate the attitude of this team of kind professionals.

This is a nice, clean facility and everyone I saw was kind and patient. That said, I went in for a cleaning and they said due to mild gum inflammation they would like to do "gingival therapy". Basically all that meant was taking my yearly covered cleaning and breaking it into two visits so that they could polish and floss two weeks later instead of same visit, to "give my gums a break" after the initial cleaning.

This would have been over $200 and they did not advise me of that until I asked if it would be covered/what the cost would be. It's not even an additional service, it's breaking up a complete cleaning that should be covered under my insurance unnecessarily. Then, after the hygienist told me my teeth were likely fine, the dentist found EIGHT cavities.

I got a second opinion and that dentist said I had one loose existing filling and one small cavity. Also, my insurance was not in network and that was not made clear to me even thought I sent them my card beforehand. The cavities they were going to fill were going to cost over $800. I do not appreciate being upsold on unnecessary treatments or being given an excessively aggressive and unnecessary treatment plan. I would not recommend this dentist.

I needed a filling for my implant, the dentist caused it to break and they only want to credit me $200 toward a $2000 fix. This is likely where fresh graduates go to practice. I'm pretty sure my comment will be deleted to risk exposure.

Was completely rushed and when dentist finally arrived in the room he seemed annoyed and like I was bothering him. He couldn't do a simple root canal and gave me every excuse because simply he didn't want to be bothered. There was no reason for him to not do this procedure except they want you to go back and forth spending all this money between themselves and their colleagues.

He was very nasty and really didn't seem like he wanted to be bothered. The receptionist up front had no clue what she was doing and twice I had to give her my insurance information. I'll go somewhere else where they actually take the time to talk to you and will do the job correctly.

I will never recommend this place. I never had experience tooth ache in my intire life until had my tooth filling done by Dr. GARRIS. He drill too deep and my nerve get infected per Dr. L and the staff who done xray. I came to get evaluated and hoping they help me with my pain. No they don't, send me with antibiotic saying it should help the pain. Instead refer me to specialist and for root canal. I I have to suffer from pain and pay my bill because of what they did.

I scheduled appointment due gum pain. I waited in the office for 40 min past my appointment time. They did X-ray and told me that they can not help me to fix my issue and gave and referral. So I got no help. In the office they told me that I don't have to pay. But now I received the bill says I have to pay $86 after all. An update: I call next day to find out why do I need to pay this amount and got an attitude from reception named Stephanie. Which is made my experience with this place even worse.

I love going to this dental office. The staff and the dentist are always so welcoming!

Just had a cleaning with Amber! She is amazing. I have horrible dental phobia and hate all dentist offices. I get so nerve racked prior to my appointment and I almost always am nauseated. Amber is gentle and very quick. My entire visit lasted 40 min and I will never go to anyone else! Team Amber!

My daughter needed some dental work done. On March 13th I called in to pay $500 deposit. I explained to them on the phone I needed something permanent in her mouth. Not something she could take out on her own. They said ok that will be $800 deposit. The appointment was then set for April19th. I get to appointment on the 19th. The dentist comes in and says they don't do permanent ones at his office. Ok?

Why did they take my money? Charge me 200 dollars more? Wait over 4 weeks? Then he doesn't even do that there? No one can explain that. Then to get my money back I had to wait days to even speak to the woman that can put it back on. So I had to wait 5 days to get my money back. Completely dissatisfied.

This place used to be great. Still really good for cleanings. Do not go for any dental work where novacaine is required. They cannot seem to get it right and try to rush everything. Happened to me and my daughter several times. We are done and looking for a new dentist.

The staff members at Winchester Dental are absolutely amazing. I went in there today for an appointment and I felt like I had known the staff members for years. They are so friendly and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. After my appointment, I couldn't stop smiling! Kindness goes a long way, thank you Winchester Dental!

Had a wonderful Saturday morning getting a dental cleaning today! Shannon is always the best and she had Samantha helping her and what a gem! Great job ladies! I met Dr. Garris for the first time and he was knowledgeable and very nice. I usually see Dr. Richardson and she is also great! The front desk and checkout ladies were great also. VER PROFESSIONAL FROM ALL! Started my day out right. Thank you so much!

Our first visit and it was fantastic. The entire staff is friendly the office is clean and bright. Going in I knew this would be a difficult visit, however they made us feel at ease. I couldn't be happier with our visit. My appointment was at 5:40 we got there at 5:30 and they took us back right away. Since we completed paperwork online ( best thing ever ) it was a breeze getting in and being seen right away.

From the beginning of my routine exam - checking in, getting my teeth cleaned, having Dr Gio check my teeth, to the check out desk. EVERYONE was kind, courteous & professional. Thank you.

Avoid at all costs. This is nothing but a sales pitch! I made a same day appointment as I could barely open my jaw. I showed up, did my paperwork as required. I went back to the room and had a nice hygienist. We started on my xrays, taking a new xray for a couple teeth at a time. I never received a full 360 X-ray, which I thought was dumb as I was experiencing jaw pain from I thought was wisdom teeth.

Finally the dentist came in and spent not even 5 minutes with me. He said I need 8 cavities filled and two root canals. After they were done I was sat in a office waiting on Robbie to come and discuss my dental work. Even though I just spoke to the actual dentist. He shows up and explains that I need over 10,000 dollars worth of dental work including the 8 cavities, two root canals, and finally the last thing to be done was take my wisdom teeth.

I spent longer in this meeting discussing finances than I did doing anything else. I was told not doing this stuff would result in severe long term health problems. I left that appointment feeling it was more of a sales pitch than about my oral health. I went to another dentist who took a new set of xrays ( including a 360 view) and determined my wisdom teeth were causing problems.

They were taken out same day, and while I was there the dentist said I had one cavity and no root canals needed. This dentist was a lot more affordable and willing to work with payments.

The staff is super kind and professional, the office is the cleanest I've ever experienced and the treatment myself and my daughter have recieved is always the best.

Office manager "Julie" was rude. Invisalign service and products they offer is poor! Save your money- go to a orthodontist who specialized in these type of services. This practice is trying to capitalize on service loops holes in the general dentistry industry. Lost thousands of dollars and had to go to REAL specialist to fix my concerns. I tried to resolve the issues for months with nothing by excuses and not returning calls. This was borderline fraud! Avoid this place- you've been warned.

Awesome practice! Had a problem on a Saturday afternoon.called dr. Geo's cell phone. Got a prompt call back and he arranged for Dr. Covington to meet us at the office! Problem was resolved quickly and best of all.no charge for the consult! amazing! Love love love them!

Everyone is friendly, I love going to the dentist when I got to Winchester Dental. Cheerful environment and LOVE DR. GIO! and Dr. Mitchell! and EVERYONE!
