Dr. Jones and his entire staff are superb. They are very friendly and welcoming. One feels you are good hands from start to finish. I would strongly recommend them if you are looking for excellent dental care.

There's no better dental experience than the one you could have with Dr. Jones or Dr. Chiang. With that being said, also to note is the pristine environment ( office, rooms, equipment, staff). Office and staff members are extremely professional and caring. Here's hoping they take your insurance!

I called needing a same day appointment for a broken filling and they were able to get me in at 3pm (same day). I arrived and as usual, all the staff was very friendly and pleasant. I left 45 minutes later with everything fixed! Thank you to everyone at Dr. Jones & Dr Chiang's office!

I drive more than an hour to see Dr. Jones and his caring staff. I found Dr. Jones about 20 years ago, after suffering a lot of dental trauma throughout my life i was really terrified of the dentist. He is kind, patient and skilled, and his team are all of the same high caliber, office staff and dental staff alike. I moved from the area about 15 years ago, but still travel more than an hour each way because of the excellent care and their sensitivity to my fears and concerns. I can't say enough good things about this practice.

Dr. Jones has been my family dentist for a very long time. We have been very happy with the care we have received in his office from him from his staff. I have also been treated by Dr Chiang. He helped me in a couple of dental emergencies and found my issues quickly. I found him friendly and helpful.

I had my first appointment here today and my experience from making the appointment to patient care was 5-star. Joanna handled making the appointment and online and email paper work with excellent communications. Beth was very thorough and informative during the examination and cleaning which she made sure was as comfortable and painless as possible. Dr. Chiang then followed up with a thorough exam and recommendations. I would highly this office without hesitation.

Dr. Jones and his staff are wonderful. I have been a patient here for about 25 years. I am fearful of having dental work done, but Dr. Jones is patient, understanding, and sensitive to your needs and concerns. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The office is clean, comfortable, and well organized. They handle all insurance claims flawlessly.

My old dentist retired during the COVID pandemic and I went for the first time yesterday to Dr. Jones office. I had Erin as my hygienist and she was fantastic! Very personable, friendly, and professional. I will for sure try to get Erin again for future appointments. She took her time cleaning / scraping my teeth and even went back to re-visit certain areas throughout the appointment, I could tell she did a great job. Dr. Jones was fantastic as well, he answered all my questions thoroughly. Great office!

The best dental experience I have ever had, from start to finish. The front desk staff is extremely efficient, hospitable and always smiling. I enjoy the follow up texts/emails for my pre-booked appointments. The location is easy to get to, plenty of parking, and offers a relaxing environment for timid patients like myself (well, timid once upon a. time). Dr. Jones BY FAR is the most amazing, compassionate, encouraging, attentive and honest dentist I've ever experienced in my 34 years of life. Ivana his dental assistant I can now call a friend, her passionate personality shines through in all aspects, especially her work. Outstanding all around. A wonderful dentist for the whole family! We love Ms. Erin whom is just so great with my little ones, 3 & 5 years old, and they love to visit the dentist. She teaches them how to brush the sugar bugs away! And Dr. Jones is so personable and very professional. The office is so clean and the staff is top knotch!
