I have been seeing Dr. So for years, but this was my first time at this location. The interior is so welcoming and calming - you can tell the minute you walk in that this is going to be a pleasant dentistry experience. Dr. So and his team are very professional and treat you with the utmost care; I have never felt rushed, ignored, or any pain during my visits with them.

In fact, Dr. So always manages to "shoot the breeze" with you to get time to know you (and remember you for next time). Highly recommend Dr. So and his team for your dentistry needs! He is a Houston treasure.

What a great Dentist and staff here! I had lapsed on my truth cleaning dude to some family stuff for a couple years and was feeling self conscious about it. They made me feel right at home and got me back on track for great dental health. Can't say enough about how kind and friendly everyone is here really appreciate finding the best place I could've to get my teeth back in check! Dr. So is an amazing Dentist! I've always been an AntiDentite, but no more! He puts his patients at ease, and has fair pricing! He does what is best for your teeth!

This place takes such great care of us! They send out reminder texts the day before so I never miss an appointment. My 6 yr old daughter had a cavity filled today and she did great! They are so good with kids! Dr. So is very positive, experienced and the kids love him! I've been going there 8 years and even though I've moved I still drive to this place. When you find something good you don't want to waste your time going anywhere else!

I have been a patient of this practice for just over a year now and I will never see another dentist again! They always take their time to understand any needs or complaints you may have, while also ensuring you are comfortable. I sincerely appreciate their patience and care they give me every time. Highly recommend, especially if you are nervous, they will put you at ease.

I love Dr. So and his entire staff. I have been going to him for over 7 years. He has two locations and both are clean and comfortable. The Memorial location is newer, more modern and has neat features like a tv on the ceiling above your chair and zen music playing. Dr. So is very friendly, professional, and does high quality work! Nelsy is also the very best, I always ask for her for my cleanings.

Competent staff, modern, comfortable atmosphere, latest equipment even has TV Monitors ceiling mounted above chairs to watch while being treated.you might forget where you are and fall asleep

First time to the office and the experience from check in to treatment was fantastic. The office is very clean and they are diligent about safety and cleanliness. I booked my second appointment for whitening right away. The staff is very friendly and Dr. So was thorough in his initial exam. Will definitely return. Great neighborhood location near Wilcrest & Memorial with easy parking.

The office staff are Professionals, engaging, helpful and pleasant. Hygienists are also professional, pleasant and thorough. Appointment times are always kept, i.e. no waiting after scheduled time Have been very pleased with Dr. So and his treatments especially after seeing another Dental office in area for a few years. You never know who was going to see you and it seemed office staff were only interested in how much insurance coverage you had and if you spent your yearly allowance.

This is definitely not the case with Dr. So and his staff of professionals. They care and treat patients extremely well, listen and discuss what to expect, as if your visit and time is important to them as it is to you. I have recommended the Westway Park office to my friends and will continue to do so in future.

Today I went Transcendental Smiles of Memorial for extensive bridge work. Dr Bill So was so gentle and very concerned he was hurting me. I spent 2 1/2 hours in the chair and have the most respect for Dr Bill. He is AWESOME. I strongly suggest-anyone needing dental work to visit Dr Bill So at Transcendental

Dr. So and his staff are incredible! No pain dentistry! I'm finally not afraid to go to the dentist! I watched my favorite Netflix during my cleaning! TV on the ceiling!

Like most people, I have a long standing fear of sitting in the dentist chair. As soon as I sit down my heart rate sky rockets, palms get sweaty, and anxiety goes through the roof when I hear the sound of that drill. Dr. So and his support staff cured me of this phobia! Dr. So is hands-down the best dentist I have ever been to. Kind, patient, and completely painless is how every experience at Trancendental Smiles of Memorial was for me. I had TWO root canals this month and both went better than I ever could have hoped for. I'll never go to anyone else for dental work.

First time going to TranscenDental today and was very impressed. Staff were very friendly and extra sweet to our two boys. Thankful to have such a wonderful dentist so close to our home.
