Everyone, . if you are looking for a new dentist please think about choosing Dr. Deborah Thomas at WestPark Dential Associates! What a terrific dentist. I moved here from Kentucky and luckily I was referred to Dr. Thomas. Wow, I am a senior and have been to a lot of dentists in my lifetime! Dr. Thomas wins "the best" ahead above all the other dentists I have been to.

I have been going to WestPark Dental for over 30 years. I cannot say enough kind things about the entire staff. They are professional, stay up-to-date with the latest in dental care, and call you by name when you come in. If you are someone who is leery of dentists in general, this is the office for you. I have recommended them to many people who also have had excellent care.

I recently mentioned that I was having a foot surgery soon. The office not just sent me a get well card, everyone on staff wrote a personal note. If you like truly personalized professional care, WestPark Dental should be your first call.

I have been very much impressed with West Park Dental. I have gone to many other dentists in my long life but this the best practice that I have been to. The front office is friendly. efficient, and professional. The hygienists are the best. They care about your teeth and your health. The dentists are so helpful in giving you the best care available. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Thomas is incredible with my children. She explains what she is doing and teaches them a little something every time. They actually look forward to going to the dentist. The staff at the office is so professional and personable. They make it really easy to make appointments and give lots of reminders.

Dr. Sandridge and his assistant were extremely professional and friendly. However, the Billing (receptionist) "GINNY" is a complete disaster. Confrontational and condescending. Her presence is enough to cause concern. They ask for social security numbers before attending to your needs. Which, is unethical.

I have been going here for years because I loved this place. My whole family goes here. I use to go and it did not matter which hygenist I had clean my teeth because they were all good. Well. In September I went and I left in the middle of the appointment because this different hygentist fumbled around in my mouth and kept complaining about my tongue and my not opening up my mouth big enough and then for the third time I felt like I was drowning and had to try to gracefully make an appointment with another hygenist.

I got several apologies and I went earlier this week for my appointment with Lisa (she and Dr Sandridge are great) but the reason for the 3 stars was the way they handled this boo boo. I was greeted in the waiting room by the accounting person letting me know that no one is going to talk about this incident (accept her of course). Then she went on to and others I dealt with from the office that I have now been assigned strictly to Lisa.

They feel that my personality meshed better with Lisa and clicked. It is not right to blame everything from the shotty work done by this one hygenist on the the patient/victim. Plus it was very tacky and a breach of my confidentialty to speak about this in your waiting room. I sent a message to the office about this treatment and that instead someone should call me to discuss instead of having the accounting person embarass me in front of the next patient that comes into their waiting room.

No one called me to discuss. This whole blame game and how they handled this one issue has left a sour taste in my mouth and its my hope they take a look at themselves and how they manage their office because sometimes mistakes occur and I understand that but don't put it back on the patient ---- instead teach your office staff how to keep their mouths shut and learn from their mistakes.

I can't speak enough about what an awesome dental office West Park Dental is! I have been a patient for 4 months now -- and grateful to God I found Dr. Sandridge and his staff. They go above and beyond expectations; are very caring and professional and experts in what they do. Dr. Sandridge is first class and so efficient at explaining procedures and treatments; he's also caring, gentle and kind. Ashley is an amazing assistant. This team is first class! Best dentists! Best service!

Dr Sandridge and his assistant, Ashley, and ALL his staff are absolutely phenomenal! The is the best dentist I have ever had, and thank the Lord for helping me find. They all go above and beyond in their professionalism, empathy, friendliness, courtesy, helpfulness, and care. They are very sensitive and take the time to explain everything, listen and answer questions in such a caring manner and they sure know their stuff!

I like their humor as well. My procedure was almost very pleasant and comfortable. I even got to watch TV and took a little nap -- time flew and I couldn't believe I really didn't want to leave because I was so relaxed! The office exudes a presence of calm, peace and Jesus! I love that! Before I found him, I looked at other dentists. I had a root canal done on a crown that eventually came off after a couple weeks, on a Saturday morning.

The following Monday, I called several dentists all were busy and one receptionist even told me the dentist was a very busy dentist and she couldn't fit me it. I prayed as I continued looking and God kept taking me back to Dr Sandridge's profile -- there was something divine and peaceful about him. Dr. Deborah Thomas actually answered the phone, recognized my dilemma they immediately made a time for me to go in that morning.

The results of my impending iplant are nothing short of miraculous! WestPark Dental is the only dental office that has lived up to their mission -- indeed the whole team exceeded my expectations and provided the first-class, unparalleled dental care in a responsive environment. They deserve 20 stars and I will recommend them to my family and everyone I know! Thank you Jesus for WestPark Dental Associates -- I now know they stood out.! I love them!

I've been a patient of Dr Thomas for more than 5 years and her integrity and quality of work is first class. In addition the staff is very courteous and their hygienists are outstanding. I highly recommend WestPark Dental!

Words cannot express how happy I am with my new smile. Dr. Tomas did full upper and lower veneers on my teeth and they are beautiful. I feel like a new woman. I have had strangers tell me that I have beautiful teeth and smile. I couldn't be happier. The procedure was much easier than I thought. I wore the temporary teeth for a while so I would be sure I liked the shape and color. I feel awesome. It is so great to have a fabulous smile. Thank you Dr. Thomas!

As always, I was greeted by the staff by name and with warmth. Each staff member I encountered addressed me by name as if they were long time friends. The entire staff is friendly, approachable, and professional. This office keeps abreast of new technologies in the field which demonstrates its passion in dentistry. Dr. Sandridge is kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He and the rest of the staff continue to keep up with new and changing dental techniques. You definitely feel as though you are a valued client at WestPark Dental.

The receptionist greeted me by name when I walked in the door even though I had never been there before (she probably knew who the next appointment was but still it was very nice). Everyone from the dental assistant, hygienist, dentist, and checkout clerk were great. They talked to me the entire time and really made me feel welcome.

I have been a patient for several years. I fell down and broke my 2 front teeth and to be remade. They came out beautiful. The experience was great Dr. Sandridge was so great I love the way he does the injections I didn't even know when he did the shots, LOVE IT! The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Sandridge and Dr Thomas. If you need a dentist give them a call.

So I just got done with my first appointment here at WestPark Dental. Literally the best dental experience I have ever had. Let's be honest I hadn't been to the dentist in awhile and was super nervous that I was gonna be told "omg we have to pull everything" lol I know that wasn't going to happen but I had a great check up and will only need some minor work done.

I can't even begin to tell how amazing the entire staff is! They made me feel incredibly welcomed. They asked me about well me. Where I was from, what I'm into. It felt like I had known everyone for a very long time! They are very clear and direct on what they are doing and what's going to happen. They are also extremely upfront with you about what your insurance covers and what you will have to pay, unlike one of the previous posts about how they had this big ordeal with a bill.

I know exactly what to expect and how much I'm going to have to pay. Congrats to that whole staff on an extremely job well done! You will have my business and I'll try and send people your way! Thanks you all so much again!

Best Dental experience ever! Dr. Thomas made me feel so comfortable and relaxed in the chair. I've had several negative experiences which has kept me away from the dentist and caused my teeth to suffer. Coming to see Dr. Thomas and her staff has completely given me a new outlook on regular dental care. I will definitely be referring her to my family and friends!

Had been going to them for years and was always getting my cleaning 100% paid for by insurance. On my last cleaning, they didn't do anything more than before and billed for $320. Tried to get corrected and then they changed it to $170. Again told them it should be covered but they ignored my written submissions. They messed up and will not admit it
