I absolutely adore everyone who works at Frels Orthodontics. I went in for an Invisalign consultation. They took such detailed x-rays and let me know what steps I needed to take to get started (had to get my wisdom teeth removed and they referred me to a great oral surgeon), and have made everything so easy and seamless thus far. I'm almost to the end of my treatment, and Dr. Frels is always so particular about her work when I'm in her chair.
I never worry that something is being overlooked or left undone, which is great when you're spending so much for such a life altering process! Couldn't recommend them more. I'm honestly going to miss my office visits when I finish up my Invisalign journey.

My daughter was sent in to have her bottom retainer removed and should be returning in about a year for checkup and since we are taking precautions for COVID she was asked to go in alone. She said her experience with Dr Frels was pleasant but she said the staff seemed a little rude. She is 12. So I would just ask that your staff treat kids with the same manners you would want to be treated with since there was no parent advocate to witness. We would like to return as patients. Thank you.

Dr. Frels office was very efficient and took all precautions around COVID 19 seriously. We felt at ease, and my son was able to understand the treatment plan for his braces. Dr. Frels did a good job working with him to make him feel comfortable, and her staff also helped to answer all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Frels to anyone needing orthodontist work in the area.

To anyone near the Victoria Area and is looking for an orthodontist, please read this review. Dr. Westbook, on Kehr Blvd is so good. My daughter went to him and he kept his word about making sure her teeth were fixed after her pulled baby teeth never shifted and he did implants for her at his cost. You get a 5 stars.
